Chain Indicator Tool
 
This tool is used for checking your chain for wear.
 
When chains are used over a prolonged time they will eventually start to stretch.
The amount of time it takes to stretch a chain is determined by several factors, including, weight of bike / rider, torque from an ebike, hill climbing, the weather can even impact chain wear and how often you clean / maintain your bicycles components. 
 
To keep your drivetrain from wearing quickly then you can keep a close watch on your chain wear using this tool.
 
Features:
Small and lightweight
1.0% and 0.75% measurements
Compatible with all speeds of bicycle chain.
 
We would recommend changing your chain at eh 0.75% measurement.
 
If you are at the 1.0% measurement we would recommend changing both cassette/freewheel and chain, as the chain stretch will of probably caused too much wear on your gearing.
