Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item for a refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached, and in a resellable condition (unless returning due to a fault).

All returns are thoroughly inspected by a professional cycle mechanic to ensure they meet our return criteria. We reserve the right to decline a return if the goods are used, incomplete, missing packaging, or returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Additionally, we may refuse returns if we suspect the goods were purchased for resale, retail, or drop-shipping purposes rather than for personal, club, or workshop use.

For defective products (e.g., incorrect items, damage caused by the carrier, or any other defect), please contact us at info@hopkinsoncycles.com to request a return label.

For customer remorse (e.g., wrong product ordered, item doesn’t fit, or no longer needed), please return the product along with your packing slip or order number to:
