This is a SRAM GX Eagle T-Type chain designed for SRAM Transmission (T-Type) drivetrains. It is not a direct like-for-like replacement for older standard Eagle 12-speed chains.

For best performance and correct operation, SRAM T-Type chains are intended for use with SRAM Transmission (T-Type) cassettes, chainrings, and derailleurs as part of a complete system.

While the chain may physically fit some standard Eagle 12-speed drivetrains, mixing Transmission (T-Type) and non-Transmission Eagle components is outside of SRAM’s official specification and may result in reduced performance, increased wear, or shifting issues.
