Returns
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging with any labels still attached and in a sellable condition (unless you are returning due to a fault)
Returns are fully checked by a professional cycle mechanic to ensure they met our returns criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are returned in a used or unsatisfactory condition or missing parts/pieces or packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the goods were purchased for retail, reselling, not for personal / club / workshop use or drop shipping.
For defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way) please contact us for a return label at: info@hopkinsoncycles.com
For customer remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item) Please return your order along with either your packing slip or order number to:
