Ordering Goods

By placing an order at www.hopkinsoncycles.com or www.hopkinsoncycles.co.uk, you are offering to purchase goods under the following terms:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• You can correct any errors before submitting your order.

After you place an order:

1. You’ll receive an acknowledgement email – this does not confirm acceptance.

2. Your order may be rejected if:

   • The item is out of stock

   • Payment cannot be authorised

   • It violates our Fair Purchase Policy

   • We are not legally allowed to sell to you

   • There’s a pricing or description error

The contract is only formed when payment is approved and your order is dispatched.

You must be over 18 to contract with Hopkinson Cycles. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

We use Royal Mail and trusted couriers for UK deliveries.

• Dispatch times vary by availability.

• We are not liable for postal delays beyond our control.

• If an item becomes obsolete after ordering, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund.

• Goods are your responsibility once delivered.

• Orders may be shipped in separate parcels.

• Deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, NI) may take longer.

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

• Delivery to hotels or third-party couriers is at your own risk.

Pricing & Availability

• We aim for accurate product listings but errors can occur.

• If there is a pricing error:

  • You’ll be contacted with the correct price

  • You can accept or cancel

  • If unreachable, the order may be cancelled and refunded

• Prices include VAT where applicable
