Developed alongside World Cup mechanics and elite racers, Peaty’s Holeshot BioFibre Tubeless Sealant delivers fast, reliable puncture protection for road, gravel, cyclocross, and MTB setups.

Using advanced fast-acting latex, combined with biodegradable fibres and platelets, this high-performance sealant works like clotting blood—rapidly sealing holes and tears up to 6mm. The ammonia-free, water-based formula is safe, non-hazardous, and designed to last up to 6 months in UK climates.

Unlike many sealants, it won’t ball up inside the tyre and washes out easily when it’s time for a refresh.

Recommended Sealant Quantities

• Road: 30–45ml

• Cyclocross: 60–75ml

• 26″ MTB: 60–80ml

• 27.5″ MTB: 70–90ml

• 29″ MTB: 100–120ml

👉 Add up to +30ml extra for wider tyres or increased puncture protection.

Setup Instructions

1. Shake bottle well before use

2. Clean out old sealant and dry tyre fully

3. Inflate tyre dry to seat bead onto rim

4. Deflate and inject sealant through valve (core removed)

5. Refit valve core and inflate to desired pressure

6. Spin and tap wheel to distribute sealant

7. Rotate wheel to seal any leaks

8. Clean excess sealant with water

9. Check pressure and ride
